Join us "Over the Rainbow" for the 20th Annual Girls in Pearls Emerald Anniversary Fashion Show, a special evening celebrating fashion, community, and the inspiring women of Westmoreland County.

This elegant evening will feature:
• Hors d’oeuvres and a buffet dinner
