Yoga with Nancy Micheals

A series designed to focus on specific areas of the body to strengthen and stretch muscles. Classes will help participants build strength, balance the body’s system, increase body awareness, and increase energy while learning specific postures. Instructor: Nancy Micheals

Thursdays 10am – 11:30am

  • Session I: January 9 – February 13
  • Session II: February 20 – March 26
  • Session III: April 2 – May 7
  • Session IV: May 14 – June 18

Fee per session: $55(M)/$65(NM)
