This class meets 2 times per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am – 11am.
First 3-week session: July 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22
Second 3-week session: August 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19
Third 3-week session: August 31, September 2, 16, 21, 23, 28
This class is geared to women over 50 of various fitness levels, but especially beginners. We will develop strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness in a fun atmosphere. No experience is necessary. If the changes that come with aging are limiting you, it’s time to do something about it! Bring a yoga mat, comfortable loose-fitting clothes and tennis shoes. Other equipment will be supplied if needed.
