This class is geared to women over 50 of various fitness levels, but especially beginners. We will develop strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness in a fun atmosphere. No experience is necessary. If the changes that come with aging are limiting you, it’s time to do something about it. Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes and tennis shoes. Other equipment will be supplied if needed. Instructor: Sue Waldrop
This class meets 2 times per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am – 11 am.
