YWCA Annual Used Book Sale

- Friday & Saturday 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Sunday 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Books are $1.50 per inch most days and $8.00 per bag on Sunday!
We encourage you to bring your own bag for shopping at the sale.

How can you help?
We accept gently used hardback and paperback fiction and non-fiction books. We DO NOT take textbooks, magazines, encyclopedias or Reader’s Digest Condensed Books. The last day that we will accept book donations for this year’s sale is Friday, August 16, 2019. Thank you for your understanding and for your donations!
Work at the Annual Used Book Sale:
In September, the Literacy Program has our Annual Used Book Sale at Westmoreland Mall. Volunteers are needed to work at the sale to restock and straighten books and to work as cashiers. The sale takes place Thursday through Sunday during regular mall hours. Volunteer shifts are scheduled for two to three hours at a time.
Volunteers are needed to sort through the book donations that are collected throughout the year. Book sorters meet Tuesdays from 1:00 – 3:00 PM (weather permitting) behind the little strip mall by Agway (call for specific directions).
