 YWCA is on a mission to eliminate racism, empower women,
 stand up for social justice, help families, and strengthen communities.
Join us by taking a Stand Against Racism this April.

Take a Stand Against Racism with YWCA Westmoreland County!

You are invited to participate in either or both of the following activities at the YWCA Westmoreland County located at 424 North Main Street, Greensburg:


1. Join us in signing the Pledge to Stand Against Racism

When? Anytime between 9AM - 5PM on April 26

and 9AM - 4PM on April 27, 2018

Where? YWCA Westmoreland County

No RSVP needed, just stop by.


2. Attend a Workshop on "Examining Cultural Competence and Bias”

presented by Chaz Kellam and Mell Steven-Cosnek

of YWCA Greater Pittsburgh

When? April 26 from 2PM to 3PM

Where? YWCA Westmoreland County

Stand Against Racism is a movement initiated by the YWCA in 2008 in order to raise awareness that racism still exists in our communities and that it cannot be ignored or tolerated. Our objective is to bring organizations together, who believe like we do, that united we can eliminate racism.
