T'ai Chi Wednesdays for Beginners

For the non-experienced and those who are currently in a beginning class. Easy, gentle movements to improve balance, increase bone density & flexibility, strengthen joints and lower blood pressure. ~ Wear comfortable clothes & shoes.

Evening Beginner T'ai Chi for Health & Vitality ~NEW~
 
For beginners ~ Ages 18+ women and men are welcome to attend ~ to bring better balance physically; to balance your natural energies; to learn and practice calm. ~ Wear comfortable clothes & shoes.

Meditate VS Medicate Workshop
 
Let's demystify what it takes to meditate with hands-on experience. Linda Vucelich, the YW's T'ai Chi Instructor, will present basic information about meditation, a natural relief method, and guide you through various types of practice. Expect calm and peace to replace tension and strain.
