An Evening of Meditation

Testimonial ~ "I have a mind that won't stop and is very difficult to "turn off" that leads to light to moderate anxiety. While looking for a "natural" method to this issue, I came across meditation. There were a number of techniques that help to calm the mind - even if it is for 20 minutes. Those 20 minutes feel like hours. Afterwards, the shoulders weren't tense and I was able to think clearly." COME LEARN HOW.
1 Thursday ~ 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
2/2 (snow make-up date of 2/9)
$13
