The YWCA^s commitment to empower women includes introducing members to health, fitness and recreational opportunities to improve physical and mental well-being. The YWCA offers a number of classes, seminars and programs throughout the year.

Our Health & Wellness classes are usually offered as a series of sessions that meet once a week at the YWCA headquarters. The safe, friendly environment is a great way to make new friends while improving your physical health.

Our Computer Center offers a wide range of classes for all experience levels, including those who have no computer experience. Small class sizes enable students to learn quickly and thoroughly.

The Girl's Community Field Hockey League offers a place for players to participate from beginning to advanced levels with all girls having the opportunity to play and experience the thrill of a team sport. Sessions are offered throughout the year.

The International Women's Group exists to promote international exchange, friendships and to help women adapt to their new community. Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month, 12:30 PM at the YWCA headquarters.
