Business Trainings are a great way for employees to receive computer training.  Trainings are customized to meet the needs of the employees.  The trainings can be at your site or in the YWCA computer lab.  Business training fees vary.  Contact the YWCA to schedule a training session.

Private Tutoring is a great way to learn a program or get help on a project that you are doing on the computer.  You can cover a lot of material in a short matter of time with one-on-one instruction.  $35/hour Members or $45/hour Non-Members.

Computer Phone Support is a convenient way to get help when you're having trouble using office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, or Access.  Call the YWCA Computer Center and get an answer to your question within two business days (usually the same day).  $20 for up to 15 minutes of phone support.  $15 for each additional 15 minutes of support.

Not sure you want to to take a computer class at the YWCA?

Here's what our students have to say.....

Do you or someone you know work at a non-profit and need help with technology?

Join Bagels & Bytes!

This group shares important "free" information that non-profits need to keep up with technology.  You can not afford to miss these meetings, you will gain a wealth of knowledge and you don't need to know anything about technology to attend.  Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 AM at the Eat'n'Park across from Westmoreland Mall.  For more information or to RSVP to the meeting please contact Gina by phone (724-834-9390) or click HERE to send her an email.
